This policy covers all Scintilla World properties, including:

• scintilla.world and any hosted microsites or documentation
• Browser tools (calculators, converters, editors)
• All Scintilla World Chrome extensions (one policy for every extension listing)

Scintilla World does not collect personal identifiers, sell your data, or run analytics on our servers. We do not receive:

• Names, emails, or payment details you enter on third-party sites
• Browsing history synced to Scintilla World servers
• IP addresses, device fingerprints, or location for advertising

Some extensions read visible content on the page you are using only when you trigger a feature (for example Scan Page, buy-button delay, or ASIN capture). That processing happens in your browser; it is not uploaded to us by default.

Certain utilities store strictly necessary snippets locally so features keep working:

• Calculator inputs, reminders, or task lists on scintilla.world tools
• SynapseSave: tab titles, wake times, and snooze preferences
• GoosBumps: blocked-purchase counts, estimated savings, and 24-hour delay timers
• ASIN Collector: ASIN history and scan preferences on Amazon pages you use
• Interface choices such as theme or language

Everything stays on your device. Clearing browser data or uninstalling an extension immediately and irreversibly removes the associated data.

Locally cached information is used solely to deliver the feature you activated—for example, snoozing a tab or keeping a converter pre-filled. It is never repurposed for analytics, advertising, profiling, or disclosed to third parties.

All extensions follow the same principles:

• Data is stored with chrome.storage.local (or session-only memory) on your device unless you export a file yourself
• No advertising SDKs, fingerprinting, or sale of contact lists
• Permissions exist only to deliver the feature you use (tabs, storage, active tab, downloads, host access where needed)
• You can clear data in the extension UI or by uninstalling

When you open Gmail, Apple Mail, Amazon, or other third-party sites, their own privacy policies apply.

We do not use cookies for tracking, nor do we embed analytics SDKs, fingerprinting scripts, or advertising pixels. All pages rely exclusively on first-party code.

Because data never leaves your browser, security is handled by your operating system and browser vendor. Recommended steps:

• Keep your browser up to date
• Clear local storage regularly if desired
• Disable or remove extensions you are no longer using

• Access & deletion: You already control the sole copy; deleting local storage or uninstalling removes it.
• Opt-out: You may cease using any Service at any time without notice.
• Portability: Because we do not host personal data, there is nothing for us to export or transfer.

Our Services are intended for general audiences. Because we do not collect information, no personal data relating to children is stored or processed by us.

By avoiding collection and transmission, Scintilla World aligns with the intent of GDPR, CCPA, and Chrome Web Store Developer Programme Policies. There are no processors, sub-processors, or onward transfers.

If our approach changes, we will update this page, highlight material revisions, and timestamp the new version. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
