• Crazy Ideas tools (calculators, planners, experiments)
• SynapseSave and future Chrome extensions

Scintilla World does not collect personal identifiers, telemetry, or behavioral data. Specifically:

• No names, emails, payment details, or authentication tokens
• No browsing history, clipboard data, or page content
• No IP addresses, device fingerprints, or location info

Certain utilities store strictly necessary snippets locally so features keep working:

• Calculator inputs, reminders, or task lists
• SynapseSave tab titles, wake times, and preferences (via Chrome storage)
• Interface choices such as theme or language

Everything stays on your device. Clearing browser data or uninstalling an extension immediately and irreversibly removes the associated data.

Locally cached information is used solely to deliver the feature you activated—for example, snoozing a tab or keeping a converter pre-filled. It is never repurposed for analytics, advertising, profiling, or disclosed to third parties.

SynapseSave follows the same principles:

• Uses Chrome's local storage API only
• Never transmits visited URLs, content, or metadata elsewhere
• Does not request unnecessary permissions

We do not use cookies for tracking, nor do we embed analytics SDKs, fingerprinting scripts, or advertising pixels. All pages rely exclusively on first-party code.

Because data never leaves your browser, security is handled by your operating system and browser vendor. Recommended steps:

• Keep your browser up to date
• Clear local storage regularly if desired
• Disable or remove extensions you are no longer using

• Access & deletion: You already control the sole copy; deleting local storage or uninstalling removes it.
• Opt-out: You may cease using any Service at any time without notice.
• Portability: Because we do not host personal data, there is nothing for us to export or transfer.

Our Services are intended for general audiences. Because we do not collect information, no personal data relating to children is stored or processed by us.

By avoiding collection and transmission, Scintilla World aligns with the intent of GDPR, CCPA, and Chrome Web Store Developer Programme Policies. There are no processors, sub-processors, or onward transfers.
